Dr. McDonnell has been with the University
of Utah since 1984. He received both his M.S. and
Ph.D. from the University of Oregon. He has a number
of scholarly publications, including textbooks, chapters,
and articles. He has made presentations at national
and international conferences. Professor McDonnell
has successfully competed for several federal and
state grant projects. His work has been published
in journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, ETMR, and
the Journal of the Association For Persons With Severe
Handicaps. His area of interest include instruction,
inclusive education, and vocational and transitional
services for students with severe disabilities.
